Tiffy Riel

Tiffy Riel is an experienced product manager and project manager with a diverse background in digital transformation, content management, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Product Manager for Customer Experience at Mitacs, Tiffy leads product discovery and service design workshops, enhancing a suite of portals. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager IT, focusing on digital transformation and data governance, and Project Manager at HCMA Architecture + Design, where Tiffy contributed to significant projects such as the BC Energy Step Code Design Guide. Earlier experience includes positions at ICBC as a Digital Content Analyst and the Government of Yukon as a Digital Project Coordinator. Tiffy also co-founded an award-winning production company, Reservoir Production, and has held strategic planning roles at Bates CHI&Partners and McCann Erickson. Tiffy holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Managing Information Systems from Simon Fraser University, and certifications in product management and multimedia writing.
