Winnie Sin

Winnie Sin is the Vice President of Human Resources at Mitacs, where they focus on employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, recruitment, policies and procedures, and training. Previously, Winnie served as a Human Resources Manager at Maximizer Software, Inc. and THQ Canada Inc., and began their career as an HR Generalist at ThoughtShare Communications. Currently, Winnie is pursuing degrees in Human Resources Management and Financial Management at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, as well as a BA in International Relations at The University of British Columbia.
