Tim Gaiser

Tim Gaiser currently serves as the Head Coach for Volleyball at Mitchell College and is the Owner and Managing Director of Grass Island Enterprises LLC, specializing in volleyball training and recruitment. Tim has a strong background in coaching, with previous roles including Head Coach at the United States Merchant Marine Academy and Southern New Hampshire University, as well as Assistant Coach at Southern Connecticut State University. Experience as Aquatics Coordinator at Wallingford Family YMCA involved developing safety protocols and managing departmental operations. Tim holds a Master of Science in Sport Management and various degrees in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and Charter Oak State College. Skills encompass individual and team instruction, leadership training, and event management in volleyball.
