We have set up a quality control system, so that our internal tracking process, allows us to efficiently manage each and every project.  Also having Site Acquisition in-house cuts down on cycle times, and expedites speed to market.  We produce an average of 300 design documents a year for various project types. On one LA County project alone, we obtained 30 building permits in 16 business days.
