Mark Sandy has extensive experience in technical recruiting and client development. Mark started their career at AppleOne in 2003 as a VMS Enterprise Recruiter. Mark then joined Nesco Resource in 2005, where they held the roles of Recruiting Manager, Client Delivery Manager, and Sales-Business Development Manager. In 2011, they became the Director of Technical Recruiting & Partner at NCO Staffing Inc., and later transitioned to Mitchell Martin Inc. in 2013, where they served as the Senior Technical Recruiting Lead and Client Development Lead.
Mark Sandy completed their education at Molloy University, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Mark also obtained several certifications, including "Diversity and Inclusion in a Global Enterprise" and "Talent Management" from LinkedIn in September 2020. In addition, they earned a certification in "Human Resource Management" from Molloy College in May 2010 and a certification in "Negotiating and Closing Strategies for Recruiters" from AIRS powered by ADP in May 2009.
