Jen Maj

Jen Maj is an experienced Buyer and Procurement Specialist with over 15 years in procurement, demand planning, and inventory management within the luxury retail and fashion industries. Currently, they serve as the Demand Planning & Forecasting Manager at Mitchell & Ness Nostalgia Co., where they analyze sales data and optimize inventory levels. Previously, Jen held the position of Director of Sales & Inventory at Pandora, where they drove significant improvements in sales performance and inventory turnover. Jen also worked as an Assistant to the Executive Director of Operations at CHANEL and a Manager at BCBG Max Azria, demonstrating a consistent track record of enhancing operational efficiency and client satisfaction. They are currently pursuing a Master’s in Supply Chain Management at Penn State University.
