Josh Bryant

Josh has over 20 years’ experience in the resources industry. He has worked in senior roles as a Geologist and Technical Services Manager in several commodities and deposits including large scale open cut, underground mining and exploration environments for copper, gold, uranium and silver. Degree qualified in applied finance, Josh has previously held numerous management roles with BHP in technical and operational teams and has worked in the area of health, safety and business improvement at the Olympic Dam mine in South Australia. Josh joined Mitchell Services in 2016. Since that time, he has led the improvement in our risk management systems and safety performance, leading to Mitchell Services receiving recognition in several industry awards. Josh was awarded the 2018 Prospect Mining Award for Safety Advocacy and the 2020 AusIMM Jim Torlach Award for Professional Excellence. He is a strong promoter in the industry of ‘safety differently/human and organisational performance’ practices and in sharing the development of our Critical Control Management system. He is genuinely passionate about people, workforce diversity and the improvement of systems that support our employees and our clients.
