Tim McDonnell began their work experience in 1985 at Mitchell International, where they served as a Technical Editor and Electronic Sales Support Representative. Tim focused on improving the company's standing in the auto recycling industry and provided demonstrations and training for the CD-ROM repair information product. In 1991, they joined AutoInfo (ADP) as an Interchange Editor, eventually becoming the Interchange Editor/Teams Leader, overseeing the merging of two editorial teams into a single production team. McDonnell returned to Mitchell1 in 1996 as a Training Representative, creating and presenting product training assets. Tim then advanced to the role of National Training Manager, where they expanded training programs and represented the company in the automotive marketplace. Most recently, McDonnell became the Sr. Product Market Manager, responsible for managing SMS (Manager SE) product communications and seeking new opportunities in the marketplace. Tim has also contributed to video production and moderated the managerforum.net platform.
Tim McDonnell attended Palomar College from 1974 to 1975, where they studied Television Production. Prior to that, they attended Escondido High School and Ramona High School, but no specific timeframe or field of study was provided for these schools.
