Shane Botello

Shane Botello is an experienced Customer Relations Specialist at MiTek since July 2009, managing inbound and outbound customer support and overseeing order fulfillment for the Western and Mountain regions while assisting the regional sales manager. Prior to this role, Shane worked as an Alumni Relations Specialist at Arizona State University from August 2006 to May 2009, focusing on fundraising for scholarships and endowment funds. Shane holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, specializing in Business and Urban Planning from Arizona State University, and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Wenatchee Valley College.
