Joseph Moore is an experienced telecommunications professional with a robust background in installation, maintenance, and engineering. Currently serving as a Customer Engineer at Mitel since November 2016, Joseph works with the full Mitel portfolio, including MiVoice Business, MiCollab, MiContact Centre, MiCloud, and MiVoice Office. Prior to this role, Joseph held positions such as Senior Telecommunications Engineer at Tetcom and Supply Communications, as well as Field Engineer at Nine Telecom Limited, specializing in Mitel and Unify systems. Joseph began a career in telecommunications in 2002 at RDC Communications and has also worked as a Security Engineer and Street Lighting Technician early in the career. Joseph’s education includes attendance at Wyggeston and Queen Elizabeth I College and Lancaster Boys School.
