Robert Leavitt

Robert Leavitt possesses extensive experience in telecommunications, having held various roles over a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as CST III at Mitel since July 2016, Robert has successfully led the migration of customer voice mail systems to Cisco Unity Connection. Prior experience at Comcast Cable from 1999 to 2015 includes positions such as Telecom Analyst 2, where collaboration with sales and legal teams improved compliance and revenue, and Telecom Technician 2, which involved the development of innovative dialing campaigns to enhance customer interaction. Earlier experience at Intecom/EADS Telecom from 1987 to 1999 involved installation and maintenance of PBX systems, along with traffic analysis and support for Call Center applications. Robert's technical education was obtained at GTE Sylvania Technical School.
