Viktoria Fedusenko

Viktoria Fedusenko is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for Ukraine at Mitgo and as an HR Generalist at admitad GmbH since 2017. Previously, Viktoria worked at Citi from 2011 to 2016, where they managed various HR functions including payroll, recruitment, training, and performance management. Viktoria holds a Master's degree in Banking and Financial Intermediation from the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, which they completed in 2010. Additionally, Viktoria began their HR career as a Personnel Records Keeping Specialist at Intercomp in 2010 and started as an HR Intern shortly thereafter.
