John Light

John Light, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in administrative and human resources roles. Currently serving as Office Administrator at Mithun since July 2017, John manages office operations in a creative environment and coordinates events. Additionally, as a volunteer Assistant to Program Manager at the Northern California Human Resources Association, John has contributed to critical projects, including organizing conference details for recertification. Prior roles include Payroll Auditor at various insurance companies, where John conducted audits and trained teams on efficiency techniques, as well as an Account Executive at Lorel Marketing Group, overseeing client projects. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Human Resources Management from San Francisco State University and a BA in Theatre with a Minor in Learning Resources from Western Illinois University, supplemented by Excel certifications.
