Katie Stege, AIA, is an Associate Principal and Architect at Mithun since July 2017, leading projects that focus on rural conservation, outdoor education, and climate-resilient planning through a data-driven design approach. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Studio Teaching Fellow at Yale School of Architecture and Architectural Intern at Mithun, contributing to sustainable design projects and R+D initiatives. Katie has also served as a School of Architecture Sustainability Liaison Coordinator at Yale, facilitating sustainability efforts and research. Educational qualifications comprise two master's degrees from Yale University in Environmental Management and Architecture, and a bachelor's degree in Environmental Design with an emphasis in Architecture from the University of Colorado Boulder.
