Alison Berry

Alison Berry has over three decades of experience in commercial management within the facilities management and construction sectors. Currently, as Head of Commercial at Mitie since April 2019, Alison leads and develops a multi-disciplinary commercial team, driving cultural change and implementing new commercial controls. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Commercial at Kier Workplace Services and as Commercial Manager at Carillion Community Services, where Alison provided strategic commercial advice for public sector projects. Earlier roles at ROK Building Ltd and Community Gateway Association involved significant leadership in commercial activities, investment management, and developing processes for enhanced contractual awareness. Alison holds a B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying from the University of Central Lancashire and a RICS qualification from Salford College of Technology.
