With over 10 years of experience in the facilities services industry, Andy has demonstrated expertise in project management, operations, and contract negotiations. They are currently a Regional Manager at Mitie, building on previous roles in leadership and operations management at various companies including H&M Security and Churchill Group. Additionally, Andy is certified in IOSH Managing Safely and holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from Canterbury College. Their mission focuses on innovation, staff development, and enhancing safety and sustainability in the facilities they manage.
