Anwaar Bent

Anwaar Bent is the Head of Technology & Data at Mitie, where they help bridge the gap between workplace experience, operations, engineering, and technology within the smart buildings domain. Previously, Anwaar served as Product Lead, focusing on the development and integration of applications across various domains to enhance customer experience and operational excellence. They held roles at St Ives plc and Capita as a Group Purchasing Assistant and Graduate Management Trainee, respectively, and have extensive experience in project consultation and digital product management. Currently, Anwaar is pursuing a BA (Hons) in Media, Culture and Communications at the University of Greenwich and completing a Senior Leadership Apprenticeship at the Chartered Management Institute.
