Chris Gardener

Chris Gardener is an operational and strategic property, project, and programme professional with extensive experience in managing mixed property portfolios and infrastructure delivery programmes. Currently serving as the Head of Acquisition at Mitie, Chris previously held the position of Programme Director/Head of Acquisition at Cellnex Telecom, where they provided strategic leadership and managed multi-disciplinary teams. Chris's early career included roles as a Land/Topographical Surveyor at Laser Surveys Ltd and as an Asset Surveyor at Cellnex Telecom, where they developed expertise in stakeholder management and property risk management. Chris holds a BSc Hons in Geography from the University of Staffordshire and a PG Cert in Real Estate & Property Management from The University of Salford.
