Craig Smith

Craig Smith serves as the Head of Estates at Mitie since December 2020, following a long-term role as Head of Estates at Interserve from February 2010. In these positions, Craig holds overall responsibility for the delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, Building, and Grounds planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring adherence to statutory compliance, contractual KPIs, and Service Level Agreements. This role involves managing the execution of approximately 2,000 monthly planned preventative maintenance tasks and up to 1,200 reactive work orders, all undertaken safely and to specified standards by both in-house staff and subcontractors.
