David Bone

David Bone is the Head of Programme for Group Operations at Mitie, where they lead transformation projects focused on improving efficiency and productivity through change management and digital transformation. David has over six years of experience in the RAF and transitioned into the facilities management industry, serving as an electrical and HVAC engineer. With eight years in operational management, they have successfully overseen a team of supervisors and engineers across various retail and commercial contracts in London and the South East. David also held director and managerial roles at Atkins & Bone Services and Sodexo prior to their current position. They obtained A-Levels in Maths and Science from Borden Grammar School.
