David Gray

David Gray currently serves as the Past Chair and Chair of the Board of Directors at the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), where responsibility includes developing and implementing a strategic long-range plan. In a group-wide role as Group Bid Excellence Director at Mitie, David focuses on enabling bid excellence and leads the Bid Excellence team while facilitating workshops. Previously, David held various leadership roles, including Bid Director at Mitie and Managing Director at AM Bid, where strategic growth and operations management were key focuses. David has also contributed as a Board Trustee and former Chair at Dads Rock, promoting strong family relationships. With educational credentials including a BA (Hons) in Corporate Communication and a PGDip in Housing Studies, David possesses extensive expertise in bid management and commercial development.
