Debra Lamb is an experienced payroll and human resources professional with a diverse background in administrative roles. Currently serving as a Payroll Administrator at Serco since July 2023, Debra has also been with Mitie since August 2016, initially as a Billing Assistant and progressing to Human Resources Administrator. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at DHL Supply Chain from May 1995 to June 2016, where Debra held various positions including Payroll Manager, Payroll Supervisor, ICS Manager, Payroll Assistant, and Admin Clerk.
