Greg Smith

Greg Smith is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in mechanical and electrical engineering, property management, and facilities surveying. Currently serving as an MEP Project Manager at the University of Sussex since November 2024 and an M&E Project Manager at Mitie since October 2021, Greg has previously held roles including Property Manager at Bupa, Facilities and Project Surveyor at Mid Sussex District Council, and Engineering Project Officer at West Sussex County Council. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from the University of Cambridge, a Higher National Diploma in Building Services Engineering from the University of Brighton, and an Ordinary National Certificate in Building Studies from Chichester CFE.
