Guy Hornsby

Guy Hornsby is an experienced professional in facilities management and strategic operations, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Operations at Mitie since February 2021. Prior to this role, Guy held the position of Managing Director for the Barclays UK Integrated Facilities Services contract at ISS Facility Services UK from May 2019 to February 2021. Guy also spent six years at CBRE, where roles included EMEA Alliance Director for a significant technology account, as well as Executive Sales & Solutions Lead and Group Account Leader. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Johnson Controls managing multi-country technology accounts, along with facilities management roles at Experian QAS, Active Outsourcing, and GL Hearn. Guy holds a BA Hons in Business Studies from Bournemouth University.
