Ian Turner

Ian Turner has extensive experience in asset management and facilities management, currently serving as the Head of Asset Management at Mitie since December 2020. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of Head of Asset Management at Interserve from June 2016 to December 2020 and worked as a CAFM Manager at Interserve International FM from March 2015 to June 2016, where responsibilities included implementing a comprehensive CAFM system for major projects in Riyadh. Earlier in his career, Ian was the Asset & Planned Maintenance Manager at Khansaheb, overseeing hard FM services and asset data management via IBM Maximo. Ian also contributed as a Maintenance Manager and Area Manager at Interservefm Ltd from 2005 to 2009, focusing on transitioning asset management systems and managing military contracts. Ian holds an HNC in Mechanical & Production Engineering from Salisbury Technical College and completed secondary education at Bishop Wordsworth Grammar School.
