James Williams

James Williams is a seasoned Commercial Manager with extensive experience in the facilities management and energy sectors. Currently serving at Mitie since December 2020 following its acquisition of Interserve Facilities Management, James previously held a similar role at Interserve from January 2018 to December 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing a multi-million pound, multi-year Total Facilities Management contract. Prior to this, James worked at Johnson Controls from March 2012 to January 2018, managing commercial aspects within the End User Solutions division, covering Energy Services and Project Management roles that included significant clients such as GSK and Cisco. James's career began at Schneider Electric, where roles as Senior Project Developer and Project Developer involved leading project development processes in energy performance. James holds a BSc (Hons) in Disaster Management and Technology from the University of Birmingham and an Energy Institute Diploma in Energy Management from the University of South Wales.
