Jan Parker is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Regional Operational Engagement Manager at MITIE since August 2012, Jan manages a team delivering FM services to the Lloyds Banking Group estate. Prior to this role, Jan was the Regional Facilities Manager at both MITIE and Lloyds Banking Group, overseeing FM provisions for diverse retail and office estates. Jan’s career began at Cleanaway as the National Customer Service Manager and includes significant positions at Galliford Try as Customer Service Director and Atkins Management Consultants as Customer Service Manager. Jan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Warwick.
