Jodi Smith

Jodi Smith has extensive experience in transformation and operations, currently serving as the Head of Transformation at Mitie since February 2008, with previous roles including Account Director and Head of Operations, primarily focusing on the Deloitte contract. Prior to this, Jodi worked as an Account Manager at Coutts Consulting from January 1999 to January 2001, and started a career as an Administrator.
