Mandy Sheppard

Mandy Sheppard currently serves as a Facilities Manager for Mitie, managing the DWP Contract since April 2021. Prior to this role, Mandy held the same title at Interserve from April 2018 to May 2021, overseeing FM services across multiple government buildings in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, and Bristol, and managing cleaning and mail room staff. From July 2014 to April 2018, Mandy worked at ENGIE UK & Ireland, responsible for FM services in 11 government buildings, including the management of Service Partner staff. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Telereal Trillium from 2003 to July 2014, where Mandy managed FM services for 11 government buildings and indirectly managed various service staff. Mandy began the career as a Facilities Coordinator at Chesterton Workplace Management from 1996 to 2003, managing FM services for British Gas/Transco properties in South Wales. Mandy holds NEBOSH and MBIFM qualifications.
