They began their career as a Maintenance Electrician in the NHS Trust and have since accumulated extensive experience in the telecoms sector, contributing to various roles that emphasize leadership and operational efficiency. Broadhead holds a City & Guilds qualification as an electrician from Huddersfield Technical College.
