Mark Buckingham

Mark Buckingham is an experienced professional in performance insights and governance, currently serving as the Head of Performance Insights & Governance at Mitie since November 2020. Prior to this role, Mark Buckingham held various positions at BGL Group, rising from Insight Analyst - Manager to Senior Manager Business Intelligence, where responsibility included managing information and analysis for the Life Insurance business unit and developing the Yellowfin reporting tool. Mark Buckingham also served as Intelligence Manager at the Insurance Fraud Bureau, overseeing the management of intelligence flow and production of reports. Previously, Mark Buckingham worked at Cambridgeshire Constabulary for over seven years, progressing from Intelligence Researcher to Senior Intelligence Analyst, where responsibilities included high-level analysis to assist with policing decisions and management. Mark Buckingham holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Psychology from Coventry University.
