Phil Jones

Phil Jones is an experienced professional in the construction and operations management sectors, currently serving as the Head of Workplace at Mitie since March 2022. Previously, Phil held key roles including Operations Director at Mobius, and Group Construction Director at Oktra. With a career spanning over two decades, Phil has also worked as Operations Director at Mace, Divisional Director at Structuretone UK, and Operations Director at ISG plc, among other leadership positions. Phil began the career as a Site Manager at Barratt Homes after completing education at Leeds College of Building and Hemsworth High School.
