Richard Insull has extensive experience in the operational and commercial management of equipment services, currently serving as Account Director and Head of Operations (Plant & Equipment) at Mitie since May 2009. In this role, Richard has successfully implemented Portable Appliance Testing across the UK, achieving over one million tests annually, and has overseen a machinery refurbishment service for Mitie's cleaning machinery fleet. Richard has also played a key role in managing the machinery supply base and introducing innovative products to the market.
