Sarah Marsh is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in leading finance teams and managing complex financial functions. As Finance Director at Mitie from June 2024 to April 2018, Sarah oversaw a high-performing Finance team that supported operational teams and clients in the Central Government sector. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Commercial Manager and Finance Manager, where Sarah handled a £32 million turnover finance function and took care of responsibilities such as month-end management accounts, budgeting, and strategic financial planning. Additionally, during a secondment as Chief Solutions Architect, Sarah led the development of innovative solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams. As Head of Finance for a £200 million+ per annum public sector National TFM contract, Sarah successfully managed a team of ten to provide detailed financial management information for over 800 cost centres. Sarah holds a CIMA Accounting degree from Richmond Upon Thames Adult College, completed between 2006 and 2008.
