Simon Moss

Simon Moss has extensive experience in commercial leadership within the facilities management and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial at Mitie since December 2020, Simon provides commercial support to the Dedicated Accounts business. Prior roles include Head of Commercial at Interserve, where leadership spanned various sectors including TFM and National Security, and Senior Commercial Manager at Kier Group, overseeing facilities and asset management. Simon's earlier career includes progressive roles in quantity surveying, starting as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor at Barratt Developments and culminating as Managing Quantity Surveyor at Morgan Sindall Property Services, where Simon managed multiple regions and teams. Simon holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying from The University of Salford and an HNC in Building Studies from The University of Bolton.
