Tom Paskowski

Tom Paskowski has extensive experience in facilities management, currently serving as the Safe Systems Of Work Manager and AP for HV & LV Electrical systems at Mitie since August 2018. Responsibilities include managing and implementing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, alongside leading a team of tradespeople and office personnel. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Project Manager for facilities management at INTERSERVE (DEFENCE) LTD from April 2013 to August 2018, where all aspects of project work were managed within a demanding environment. Earlier career roles included Site Manager and Electrical Supervisor at Interserve Engineering from 2005 to 2012, Electrician at Haden Young from December 1999 to April 2005, and Electrical Apprentice at NG Bailey from September 1994 to December 1999.
