Raya Ro

Raya Ro has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2003 with a role as a Data Operator in the Israeli Air Forces. Raya then moved on to a Supervisor role at Hallmarcom Creative BTL in 2009, followed by a Research Assistant position at the Cognitive Psychology laboratory at Ben Gurion University in 2010. From 2012 to 2015, Raya worked as a Schedule Manager and Live Sport Broadcast Producer at One Sport Television Channel and as a UX Consultant at Shoesonline.co.il. In 2015, they took on the role of UX Designer at NGSoft Ltd. and then moved on to Fidelity Investments in 2018 as a UX Product Designer. Most recently, Raya worked as a UX Lead and Product Designer at Bank Hapoalim בנק הפועלים from 2021 until 2022, when they took on the role of Senior Product Designer at Mitiga.

Raya Ro attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Behavioral Sciences: Psychology, Sociology and Anthropology. Raya then attended Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Master's Degree in Cognitive Psychology and Human Factors Engineering.
