Václav Štrupl is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with over 20 years of experience in building and investing in disruptive companies, primarily in the Czech Republic and Central Europe. As a Partner at MITON since July 2015, Václav has played a critical role in creating market leaders in various sectors. Václav co-founded Psyon, the first clinic in the region specializing in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and has invested in multiple companies including VOS.health, Wavepaths, and Terap.io. As the Founder and CEO of Bonami, Václav aims to provide affordable designer furniture and home décor across Central Europe. Previous board memberships include Rohlik.cz and Slevomat, and Václav co-founded H1.cz, becoming the leading online performance marketing agency in the CEE. Václav holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems and Technologies from Prague University of Economics and Business.
