Mark Woods

Mark Woods is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at MitoQ Limited since September 2024, Mark previously held the same position at Helius Therapeutics from August 2020 to May 2024, where significant contributions were made to establish the company as New Zealand's leading medicinal cannabis firm. Mark's earlier career at Fonterra spanned over a decade, where responsibilities included General Manager of Commercial for Global Consumer Brands and leading the Commercial Insights team. Prior experience includes roles at Diageo, overseeing financial planning in Africa. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Monash University and an Associate's Degree in International Trade from RMIT University.
