MITOS develops advanced software solutions for industrial CT and laminographic X-ray inspection. The high-performance reconstruction framework, X-AID, supports a wide range of scanning trajectories and delivers fast, high-quality results through optimized multi-GPU processing. In addition to reconstruction, the software provides comprehensive correction algorithms for diverse imaging artifacts caused by beam hardening, system instabilities, and geometric misalignments. The X-AID portfolio includes a flexible C++ SDK for OEMs and system integrators as well as intuitive GUI-based software for industrial and scientific end users. A complementary Python API enables rapid prototyping, workflow automation, and research-oriented applications.
