Ramkumar B has seven years of professional experience in the software engineering and technology fields. From 2007 to 2011, they held the role of System Analyst at Mani India Technologies. In 2011, they were promoted to Software Engineer at Hexaware Technologies. In 2012, they were promoted again to Senior Software Engineer at General Electric (GE). From 2016 to 2017, they held the role of Technical Lead at HCL Technologies. In 2017, they were promoted to Technical Lead at Aline Consulting Oy. In 2018, they were promoted again to Senior Technical Lead at Novartis. In 2019, they were promoted to VP of Technology & Co-Founder at MitrahSoft Software Solutions.

Ramkumar B has a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from P.S.R Careers Tamilnadu, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005.
