Alyssa Baldwin

Alyssa Baldwin is an accomplished Senior Strategic Account Manager at Mitratech, having joined the company in February 2024 after its acquisition of Mineral, where Alyssa also served in various strategic account management roles since June 2021. With a proven track record exemplified by three President's Club awards, Alyssa focuses on building long-term partnerships with HCM/reseller, PEO, and value-add broker channels. Prior experience includes serving as Sales & Events Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where over 300 large-scale events were independently managed, and positions in marketing and customer success. Alyssa holds an MBA in Product Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Colorado State University Global, along with additional qualifications in marketing and social sciences.
