Dalia Stoffer

Dalia Stoffer currently serves as the Billing Manager at Mitratech, overseeing billing operations and leading a team of billing specialists to ensure accurate invoicing and efficient processes. Prior to this, Dalia held the position of Director of Customer Care at Taylors Pharmacy, where responsibilities included supervising customer service operations and training team members. Dalia also gained experience as a Yoga Instructor at Project 7 Yoga, guiding clients through engaging classes, and as Office Manager at Maitland Wellness Center, where appointment scheduling for multiple practitioners was managed. Dalia began their career as Support Staff and Receptionist at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Services, assisting a large team in a multi-location environment. Dalia Stoffer earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Seminole State College of Florida.
