Technical Escalations Engineer

Matt Scott has extensive experience in technical support and escalations, currently serving as a Technical Escalations Engineer at Mitratech since July 2015, where Matt has also held the positions of Technical Support Manager and Team Lead. Prior to Mitratech, Matt Scott worked at Bridgeway from June 2003 to July 2015 as a Senior Technical Support Representative. Earlier in their career, Matt Scott gained experience as an Application Support Specialist at Dynegy from October 2000 to June 2002 and as a Technical Services professional at Altra Energy Technologies from March 1998 to October 2000. Matt Scott completed education at the University of Houston between 1984 and 1991.
