Ryan Murphy

Ryan Murphy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at Mitratech since January 2024, following its acquisition of Mineral, where Ryan was also the Manager of Customer Success. Ryan's career includes a significant tenure at Mineral, where roles ranged from Customer Success Manager to Team Lead. Prior experience includes coordinating complex projects at Sungevity, excelling in sales at Sleep Train, and managing quality control for large-scale construction projects at Engineering and Materials Technologies. Additional roles include Political Relations Associate at Kellogg Brown and Root and Team Lead for Satellite Communications in the U.S. Army, where leadership skills were honed, graduating first in a leadership training course. Ryan holds a certification in Telecommunications with a focus on Satellite Communications from the United States Army.
