Troy Kruthoff

Troy Kruthoff is an experienced executive in the field of product and strategy, currently serving as the Executive Director of Product and Strategy – Screening at Mitratech since July 2022. Prior to this role, Troy co-founded AssureHire and Blit, Inc., contributing to both companies from July 2014 to July 2022 and August 2006 to July 2022, respectively. Troy also founded Abso, serving as CEO/CTO until its acquisition by Sterling in 2008, and founded Backgrounds Online, leading it as CEO/CTO until June 2000. Additional experience includes founding IQ Data Systems, Inc. and working as a technician at Intel in 1996. Troy's educational background includes time in the US Army, Turlock High School, and Tacoma Community College.
