Aaron Westerman is an accomplished IT professional with a diverse background in human resources technology management, technical project management, and web architecture. With experience spanning over two decades, Westerman has held key positions such as Senior Manager of HRIT at MITRE, where responsibilities include managing a high-performing HRIT team, driving HR technology strategy, and collaborating with various stakeholders to support organizational objectives.
