Alicia C.

Alicia C. is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in human resources and project operations. Currently serving as a Project Operations Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at MITRE since June 2022, Alicia has previously held the position of Employee Human Resources Manager at GE Aviation from January 2018 to June 2022. Earlier roles include participation in the Human Resources Leadership Program at GE Additive in 2017 and service as a Human Resources specialist and oboist with the United States Army Training and Doctrine Command Band from September 2012 to April 2016. Alicia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2016-2017), as well as a Master of Music in Oboe from the University of Cincinnati (2008-2010) and a Bachelor of Music in Oboe from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (2004-2008).
