Audrey Smith

Audrey Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management, business analysis, and operational leadership. Currently serving as Lead Program Control Analyst and Deputy Program Manager at MITRE, Audrey provides critical program management support for a high visibility technical studies program. Previous roles include Senior Consultant and Project Manager at Titanium Cobra Solutions, where expertise was applied in data center consolidation, and Director of Operations at PMO Strategies, overseeing daily operational activities. Audrey co-founded Project Management for Change, obtaining IRS 501C(3) certification for the nonprofit organization. Additional experience includes roles in business development and sales, as well as launching an internal audit department at the American Diabetes Association. Audrey holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University.
