Ben Ballard

Ben Ballard is a senior cybersecurity engineer at MITRE Corporation, where they focus on cyber deception research, healthcare cybersecurity, risk assessments, threat modeling, and international cyber capacity building. Previously, Ben held fellowships at the Electronic Frontier Foundation and the Citizen Lab at the University of Toronto, concentrating on the international governance of digital security and privacy. They have also served in various roles, including internship positions at PEN America and research assistant at the Ocean Exploration Trust. Ben is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science at Tufts University.
